5k.Window Winding Control Module (WW)

WindowWinder ECU is used to control and verify the operation of the all four windows. It also logs the

faults or malfunctioned details in ECU.These could be read via TMLARIAdiagnostic tester.

Salient Features

TheARIADiagnostic Tester software is capable to communicate withWindowWinder ECU (if present)

in the vehicle through OBD Cable. The tester application executes all the diagnostic services sup-

ported by WW ECU, which helps to find out the healthiness of WindowWinder ECU.

Following diagnostic service are provided by the WindowWinder Diagnostic Tester application:

1. Read ECU Identification data, provides the ECU details

2. Reading the battery voltage and ECU supply

3. Reading the all door window relay status

4. Reading the all door window switch status

5. Reading and clearing DTC’s

6. Force On and off function Windows

ECU Identification Data

The ECU Identification data service provides the following details of ECU firmware.

1. Hardware Part number

2. Application Release ID

3. ECU manufacturing date

4. OEM Program Name

5. VIN

6. VC Number
