5b.Instrument Cluster (IC) :

Instrument Cluster is the Electronic control unit for the Instrument panel in the vehicle. it records all

parameter related data in the vehicle gauges.

IC ECU performs various activities such as ECU’s Learning process, odometer data writing can be

performed on the vehicle.

Salient Features :

Following service are provided by the Diagnostic Tester application:

1. Read Identification

2. Read DTCs

3. Read ECU Data

4. Input/Output Control

5. Write Data

Read ECU Identification :

This service displays ECU related data such as ECU Supplier part number, ECU Hardware part

number etc.
